Furvent provides mental health support. While we are not therapists or psychiatrists, we would still like to provide you with a safe space to express your feelings. If we have one thing in common, it is that everyone of us endured more or less traumatic situations that left profound scars our lives. However, we created this chat to help anyone with problems to find someone to talk to. We sincerely hope you find someone here too
These rules define our expectations for Furvent community members, as well as how to report unacceptable behavior. We are committed to creating a pleasant and helpful environment for all, and expect our rules to be followed. Anyone who violates the rules, may be barred from the community.
Code of Conduct
Be friendly and patient. Everyone has their own share of problems, don’t expect others to be a vending machine for your emotional demands.
Be considerate and supportive. Think before posting: People who have experienced traumatic situations in the past may be more likely to feel triggered, annoyed, or offended. If you need support, please consult with an administrator.
Be respectful. Not all of us will agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for poor behavior or manners. We all get frustrated from time to time, but we can’t let it escelate into a personal assault.
Overall Rules
- Stay on topic. Regular chatter is fine, but the focus should be on helping others overcoming their problems. Excessive sharing of unrelated memes or jokes is not allowed.
- Please no spam (send one longer message instead of several small messages)
- Cursing is permitted, with the exception of slurs or personal attacks on users.
- Trolling of any kind is not allowed.
- This is a supportive environment. Accept that everyone requires different types of support and don’t be frustrated if you can’t help today.
- Please leave political conversations at the door of our chat room.
- Please leave the drama to the PM’s.
- If someone asks you to stop an action, please respect them and stop.
- Please avoid adding group members to other groups or chats without their permission.
- If you post content that you don’t own copyright for, please credit the rightful owner.
- Blocking of administrators is not allowed, if you wish to report an administrator, please report it to the Head-Admin or Owner of the group

Our admin staff is here for you, if you have concerns in the gorup you can, report a user by replying to his message with @admin or you can mention one of the admins. If you want to report it more anonymously (Without the knowledge of other group members), you can report a member directly via private chats with admins by sharing screenshots of the the messages and showing what is going on.
